Frequently Asked Questions
Minted Opulence Travel – FAQs
How do I get started?
Click Join the Next Healing Journey to connect with your Minted Opulence Advisor. We’ll start with a consultation to learn your needs, then design a journey just for you.
Do you provide travel insurance?
We offer travel protection and strongly recommend it for all trips. This can help cover unexpected events like illness, delays, or cancellations.
How do payments work?
Most trips require a deposit to secure your spot, with the balance due before departure. Payment plans are available for select journeys.
Do you handle group travel?
Yes — from women’s retreats and couples’ escapes to corporate wellness trips and family reunions. We also organize service-based journeys for groups who want to give back while they travel.
How far in advance should I book?
For retreats and international journeys, we recommend at least 3–6 months’ notice. For custom trips, the more time we have, the more we can personalize your experience.
What’s included in my booking?
It depends on your trip. We can arrange flights, lodging, transportation, curated excursions, infused wellness menus, and more. You’ll receive a clear, detailed itinerary before you travel.
Are your trips 420-friendly or plant medicine-friendly?
Some journeys may include plant-based wellness elements where legal. If you’re seeking a trip that incorporates these experiences, we’ll guide you through compliant options in safe, reputable locations.
Can you book regular vacations, too?
Yes — flights, hotels, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and more. Even if your trip isn’t focused on healing or community, you still get our concierge-level care and access to exclusive travel perks.
I have to be a member of Her She Squad to book?
No. While MOTA is the official travel arm of Her She Squad, we also curate trips for non-members. Some HSS-exclusive journeys will require membership for access.
What types of trips do you offer?
We design intentional journeys — from grounding retreats and cultural immersions to service-based travel and plant-based healing experiences (where legally permitted). Every trip is customized to your needs and comfort level.
