Job Description

FROUSA Media is seeking a volunteer podcast coordinator to help manage the editorial and production process for C4: Coffee. Cocktails. Culture. Conversation., a show that highlights powerful voices, layered truths, and community-centered storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate podcast guests and recording sessions
  • Assist with prep materials and research for each episode
  • Manage the post-recording workflow, including edits and review deadlines
  • Collaborate with Felicia’s team to align audio themes with upcoming columns or events
  • Organize and maintain internal podcast calendar and file systems

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative, story-driven environments and wants to help create meaningful conversations that reflect the voices and realities of our community. You’ll support a production that’s both personal and political—where coffee, cocktails, and culture intersect.
