Job Description
Forward With Felicia is seeking a Faith Community Organizer to help build respectful, collaborative relationships with churches, spiritual groups, and faith-led organizations across District 4. This role is not about religion—it’s about building bridges where trust already lives.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to pastors, elders, and leaders of local churches and spiritual groups
- Attend services, events, or gatherings with permission and openness
- Share campaign information, updates, or event invitations when welcomed
- Listen and relay back concerns from faith communities to the campaign team
- Help schedule community conversations or joint service projects
- Ensure faith-based voices are included in campaign events, town halls, and voter outreach
This is a role for someone who can walk into spaces with humility, represent Felicia’s campaign with clarity and care, and offer consistent presence without agenda. We welcome applicants of any or no faith background who understand the importance of community trust and cultural respect.
