Job Description

FROUSA Media is looking for a detail-oriented copy editor to support our civic journalism and editorial projects. This role is essential to helping us maintain accuracy, voice, and clarity across our columns, podcast transcripts, and community-focused writing.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit written articles, op-eds, and interviews for clarity, tone, and grammar
  • Check facts, spelling, and formatting against internal standards
  • Review podcast transcripts and columns before publication
  • Provide thoughtful feedback to writers and collaborators
  • Ensure style and structure consistency across projects

This role is perfect for someone who values precision, loves language, and understands the impact of well-edited stories. You’ll help protect the credibility and rhythm of FROUSA’s voice as we publish stories that reflect our people and purpose.
