We talk about storytelling all the time. Why? Because everything is a story. Not just in books and movies—but in life itself. Every situation we face has a beginning, middle, and end. But some of the most powerful stories are the ones we never say out loud. The ones we tell ourselves.
These quiet inner narratives shape how we see ourselves in the mirror, how we show up in rooms, and how we move through the world. They whisper in the background, shaping our confidence, our choices, and our sense of worth. Some of them, we push through. Others? We accept without question.
