New Braunfels MLK Toy Drive – Day 1
November 21, 2025Indivisible Comal County – Legal Notice
I want to share an important update regarding the future of Indivisible Comal County (ICC) and the work we are building here in New Braunfels, Comal County, and across the Hill Country.
As of November 24, 2025, the name “Indivisible Comal County” has been officially filed with and recognized by the Texas Secretary of State as an assumed name (DBA) under Felicia’s Action Network (F.A.N.), Inc., a registered Texas nonprofit corporation.
What this means in plain language:
- Indivisible Comal County is now a legally protected organizational name
- All operations, events, communications, and activities under this name fall under F.A.N., Inc.
- No individual, group, organization, or political body may claim or operate publicly under this name without authorization
- This ensures stability, clarity, and accountability for our volunteers and our community
- It permanently prevents the misuse or misrepresentation of the Indivisible Comal County identity
This was done to protect our organizers, volunteers, partners, and community members — and to ensure that our work continues with integrity, transparency, and a clear organizational structure.
Our mission remains the same:
To organize, educate, and activate the people of Comal County through community power, civic engagement, and honest leadership.
Thank you to everyone who has stood with us, shown up, and supported this movement. This filing gives us the protection and structure we need to move forward, grow stronger, and keep doing the work that matters.

Together, we move forward — with clarity, with purpose, and with the full weight of our community behind us.
