These Campaign Terms apply specifically to Forward With Felicia, the campaign for New Braunfels City Council – District 4. They supplement the Master Terms at feliciaray.com/terms.

By donating, volunteering, or otherwise participating in Forward With Felicia campaign activity, you agree to these Terms.

1. Campaign donations

  • All political contributions are processed via ActBlue or other approved platforms.
  • Donations are governed by federal, state, and local campaign finance laws.
  • Contributions are not tax-deductible.
  • Refunds are not generally available unless required by law or compliance review.

2. Eligibility to donate

By making a contribution, you affirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.
  • You are donating with your own funds, not from a corporation, union, or foreign national.
  • You are not a city contractor prohibited from contributing.

3. Volunteer participation

  • Campaign volunteers may engage in canvassing, phone banking, digital outreach, and event support.
  • Volunteers agree to follow campaign safety guidelines and respect community members.
  • The campaign may revoke volunteer privileges for misconduct or misrepresentation.

4. Use of campaign materials

  • All campaign logos, designs, and branded content are the property of Forward With Felicia.
  • Volunteers and supporters may use them only for approved campaign purposes.

5. Privacy and communications

  • By donating or signing up as a volunteer, you consent to receive campaign communications (email, SMS, calls).
  • You may opt out at any time by using unsubscribe links or contacting the campaign.
  • Personal data is stored securely and used only for campaign purposes.

6. Events and recordings

  • Campaign events may be photographed, filmed, or livestreamed. By attending, you consent to being recorded.
  • Participation in campaign-hosted meetings or rallies is voluntary and at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of liability

Forward With Felicia is not responsible for:

  • Injuries, damages, or losses incurred at campaign events.
  • Third-party content, links, or platforms used for fundraising or organizing.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to comply with election law or campaign practices. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
