Felicia’s Action Network (F.A.N.), Inc. is a grassroots volunteer movement rooted in community, accountability, and real action. We’re neighbors, organizers, and advocates working to make Comal County a place where transparency, fairness, and justice actually show up in people’s everyday lives.

Our mission is simple: connect people with real opportunities to take meaningful action. Whether it’s hosting community events, canvassing neighborhoods, supporting voter education, or pushing for policies that put people first, we believe local residents should shape the future of our county.

F.A.N. is designed to make organizing accessible, welcoming, and effective — without bureaucracy and without barriers. We expand civic participation, challenge back-room politics, and build coalitions that center real people and real needs.
