F.A.N. is a grassroots organizing movement led by Felicia Ray Owens to mobilize everyday people into purposeful action—whether that’s knocking doors, showing up to a protest, or quietly coordinating behind the scenes.
We believe organizing should be accessible, creative, and rooted in community—not bureaucracy. F.A.N. powers a wide range of action—from civic events and advocacy efforts to Felicia’s official campaign for New Braunfels City Council under the banner Forward With Felicia.
Every role listed here—whether campaign-related or not—flows through F.A.N.
Because the campaign is one piece of the movement. And the movement is bigger than the seat.
All current positions are volunteer-based and flexible based on your availability, location, and level of experience. We welcome all voices, all skillsets, and all levels of commitment. You don’t need political experience—just a heart for your community and a willingness to show up.
