This Podcast Guest Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on the date signed below, by and between:

Host: Felicia Ray Owens / FRO Media (“Host”)

Guest: _________________________________ (“Guest”)

1. Consent to Record
   Guest consents to the audio and/or video recording of the podcast interview (“Interview”) with Host for the program Coffee. Cocktails. Culture. Conversation. (C4). Guest understands the Interview may take place in a public venue (for example, coffee shop, bakery, bar, park) and agrees to being recorded under those conditions.
2. Grant of Rights
   Guest grants Host the irrevocable right to:

• Record, edit, reproduce, and distribute the Interview in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed.
• Use Guest’s name, likeness, voice, and any materials Guest provides (photos, press releases, logos) in connection with the Interview and its promotion.
• Publish the Interview worldwide, in perpetuity, for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including advertisements and promotional materials.

Guest waives the right to approve edits or uses and understands they will not receive payment or royalties. Host retains full copyright to the final Interview.

1. Public Venue Notice
   Guest acknowledges the Interview may occur in a public location with incidental background noise, passersby, or waitstaff visible or audible. Guest agrees this is acceptable and releases Host from responsibility for background conditions.
2. Food and Beverages
   Guest understands that any food or beverage consumed during the Interview is at their own risk. Guest is responsible for managing allergies and dietary restrictions and releases Host and the venue from liability for allergic reactions, spills, burns, or other food or beverage related issues.
3. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
   Guest voluntarily assumes all risks of participation in the Interview, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, theft, or accidents occurring in connection with the Interview or at the venue. Guest releases and discharges Host, FRO Media, and the venue from any liability for harm, except in cases of Host’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
4. Security and Insurance
   Guest understands Host does not provide security or insurance coverage for participants. Guest is responsible for their own personal safety and belongings. Guest agrees Host is not responsible for providing medical, travel, or liability insurance related to the Interview.
5. Additional Attendees
   If Guest brings team members or attendees, Guest agrees to provide their full names, roles, email addresses, and phone numbers in advance. Each attendee must sign a separate release before being present at the Interview.
6. Restrictions on Recording
   Guest and attendees may not independently record, duplicate, livestream, or distribute the Interview or any portion of it without Host’s prior written permission.
7. Promotion
   Guest agrees to make reasonable efforts to promote the Interview’s release using official episode links, hashtags, and materials provided by Host.
8. Governing Law
   This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
