As a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and public servant, I’ve dedicated my life to building platforms that uplift others. From mentoring women and founding purpose-driven businesses to serving my local community as Precinct Chair, my mission is clear: to help people grow, rise, and thrive—together.
Whether I’m organizing wellness retreats, writing my column for the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung, hosting community forums, or mentoring women through Her She Squad, my work is rooted in service and powered by love, vision, and action.
Who I Am
TI am a visionary mentor, newspaper columnist, public servant, and holistic success strategist dedicated to teaching women how to win—mind, body, wallet, and soul. With a background shaped by resilience and refined by strategy, I empower others through transformative mentorship, unapologetic advocacy, and community-rooted leadership.
A spiritual guide in a business suit, I lead with integrity, heart, and relentless drive. As co-founder of multiple brands—including Her She Squad Women’s Network, Wealth Greatness Group, Minted Opulence Travel Agency, the Ray Owens Group Realty, and ItsyDoodle Factor—I blend soul with systems to help women grow their businesses, heal their lives, and own their power.
Inspired by my daughter, I created ItsyDoodleFactory to design purpose-driven websites and digital platforms for women-led brands, civic organizers, and community-rooted movements that deserve to be seen, heard, and remembered.
Born and raised in Texas, I am a proud Black Texan with deep ancestral roots in the Lone Star State. I raised my daughters here, built my businesses here, and continue to serve my community from the boardroom to the backyard—bringing heart, heritage, and hometown grit to everything I do.
A devoted wife to a decorated Army veteran and mother to three daughters, my journey from survival to significance fuels everything I create. Now stepping forward as a rising political voice and future city council candidate, I serve as Precinct Chair for my district and play an active leadership role in Indivisible Hill Country—mobilizing civic engagement and empowering my community through grassroots advocacy.
In addition to my professional and political leadership, I give back through hands-on community involvement—teaching youth to sew in summer camps and helping them earn Girl Scout and Boy Scout badges and patches. My commitment to mentorship spans generations, from young girls finding their voice to women reclaiming their power.
Whether I’m hosting wellness retreats, mentoring women on their money mindset, building platforms, leading political movements, or redefining what success looks like—I’m not here to play small or play it safe. My mission is clear: I’m here to build legacy through generational success and shift culture to elevate lives through purpose, power, and holistic alignment.

Don Owens III, a decorated U.S. Army veteran, embodies a legacy of service and leadership that profoundly influences our family’s commitment to community and purpose.
With over 21 years of active duty, Don has led humanitarian missions across Africa, Iraq, Korea, Italy, and Afghanistan, bringing aid and hope to countless communities. His dedication extends beyond the battlefield; as a Master Mason and Criminal Justice graduate, he has mentored youth, coached teams, and volunteered extensively, earning the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal (MOVSM) for his unwavering commitment to others.
At home, Don is a devoted husband and father, partnering with me in our shared mission to uplift and empower. Together, we strive to build a legacy rooted in service, resilience, and transformative impact.
