We’re confident that you will be thrilled with your custom sewing order and/or alterations. However, we understand that sometimes a custom design and/or alteration may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to refunds, returns, and subsequent alterations to correct original alterations.

The client can cancel the order, free of charge, at any time during the consultation process. Once the order is confirmed and the deposit paid, the order can be cancelled before construction has started, but will incur an administration fee for the time lost and any toile materials already purchased. If the client wishes to cancel the project after the toile fitting, client will incur the charge for the full cost of the project/order. 

Because each order is subjectively tailored, we do not offer any refunds, exchanges or returns for any custom orders or alterations that have been performed, regardless of the client’s level of satisfaction. Refunds are not possible as work on the order commences shortly after the initial consultation, materials have been purchased, time allocated to the project/order and construction started. These expenses are incurred by our business as part of the tailoring process. Additionally, as the orders are bespoke, they cannot be resold.

Refunds and cancellations are only permitted for an order (with the exception of rush orders) within 24 hours of initially placing an order and/or providing payment details in the initial consultation.  If a refund or cancellation is requested after 24 hours of the initial consultation, it is at the sole discretion of Felicia Ray & Company to refund or cancel the order. However, the service fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Alterations Warranty

We will guarantee our work at Felicia Ray & Company up to 10 days of Client’s pickup/delivery date indicated on your receipt. This means we will be responsible for fixing/mending any rips, holes, tears, and mistakes solely caused by work that was completed by us. We will not be responsible for wear and tear of the actual project/order that does not relate to the specific alteration performed by us. After 10 days, the client will be responsible for their respective project/order and will be held fully responsible for any purported issues.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by a personal accident, improper care (i.e., excessive dry cleaning or mishandling by your dry cleaner), negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Upon pickup/delivery of the project/order, Client is solely responsible for inspecting their order and reporting any damages or defects within 7 business days. Please open a support ticket inside of your account to report any issues.

By leaving the studio with your completed alterations and/or custom order, the client is agreeing that all work was done completely and to their satisfaction. Any concerns or questions must be brought to our attention before the garments leave the studio.
