Job Description
We’re looking for community-rooted volunteers to support our outreach efforts through phone and text banking. These conversations are how we move hearts, clarify facts, and invite neighbors into this campaign—not with scripts, but with real connection. You’ll help us expand awareness of Felicia Ray Owens’ City Council run and ensure voters across District 4 feel seen, informed, and invited.
Responsibilities:
- Call and/or text local residents using provided tools and voter lists
- Engage respectfully with people from all backgrounds
- Answer questions or redirect inquiries to the organizing team
- Track responses and follow-up flags in our system
- Join optional team huddles for motivation and strategy
This role is ideal for strong communicators, warm personalities, and anyone who believes political outreach can be rooted in care. Training and tools are provided—you bring the energy and truth.
