Job Description
The Forward With Felicia campaign is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Lead to manage grassroots operations in District 4. This role is critical to the success of our local outreach efforts—coordinating volunteers, canvassing routes, and in-person engagement that meets people where they are.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage block-walking routes across District 4
- Coordinate volunteer shifts and assign canvassing partners
- Track voter engagement data and feedback in digital tools
- Attend campaign events and field trainings
- Report weekly to campaign leadership on outreach progress
- Offer support and encouragement to canvassers in the field
You’ll be the go-to person on the ground—trusted to lead with integrity, clarity, and care. Whether it’s a community park or a neighborhood street, you’ll help ensure every part of District 4 knows what’s at stake and how to get involved.
