How to Add/Update Payment Method/Resubscribe
To add a new payment method or update your payment method:
- When you log into your account, click on ‘Billing” in the main menu.
- When you land on the billing page (see image), click on “Payment Methods” from the billing menu.
- Then click on the “Add Payment Method” button.
- On the next screen, enter your payment method information.
Resubscribe to Subscription
Now that you have added and saved a payment method,
- Click on “Subscriptions” from the billing menu.
- Then click the button to reactivate your subscription.
If your subscription cancels before you resubscribe…
- Your time slot will be released ASAP and will become available for someone else to book.
- Reversing the cancellation is not an option. You will be required to place a new booking subscription order and pay any/all signup fees (again) and any price increases initiated since your original signup date.
- Please also note that if you re-book, you are not guaranteed the same time slot. If you do not see your previous timeslot on the calendar, it is no longer available to purchase.
