If you have questions or comments about your order, you will need to log into your account, visit the Billing menu and click on “Orders”. From the Orders screen, find the order you would like to respond to and then click on the “messenger” button. You can send photos or any documents needed via the messenger button. Once you submit your message, it will be attached to your specific order.
